What are Calm Planners printables?
Calm Planners are beautiful, editable printables designed for busy families and ADHD brains. Unlike traditional PDF downloads, our printables stay editable forever — you can personalise text, update information, and print as many times as you need.
How do I edit and print my printables?
Simply click on any text in your printable to edit it. Add names, dates, tasks — whatever you need. When you're ready, click the Print button to save as PDF or print directly to your printer. Your changes are automatically saved, so you can come back and update anytime.
Can I use printables on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Our printables work on any device with a web browser. You can even add Calm Planners to your home screen for quick access, making it feel like a native app.
Purchasing & Access
How long do I have access to my printables?
Individual printables come with 3 months of access. During this time, you can edit, update, and print as many times as you like. After 3 months, you can renew access or upgrade to Unlimited for ongoing access to all printables.
What's included in Unlimited Access?
Unlimited Access gives you full access to our entire library of printables, including all new releases. It's perfect if you use multiple printables or want to try different designs for your family's needs.
I bought from Etsy — how do I access my printable?
After your Etsy purchase, you'll receive a redemption code in your order. Visit our
Redeem Code page, enter your code, and create an account (or log in) to access your printable.
Printing Tips
What paper should I use?
For best results, we recommend using 120gsm or heavier paper for a more premium feel. Matte photo paper works beautifully for wall art and milestone cards. Standard printer paper (80gsm) works fine for everyday printables like checklists and planners.
What size are the printables?
Most of our printables are designed for A4 paper (210 × 297mm), which is standard Australian printer paper. Some designs also work well printed at A5 for smaller planners or journals.
Can I print at Officeworks?
Yes! Save your printable as a PDF, then upload it to Officeworks print online or take it on a USB to your local store. Their colour printing is excellent quality, especially on card stock.
Account & Support
How do I reset a printable to the original design?
When viewing your printable, click the Reset button in the toolbar. This will restore all text to the original template. Your previous edits cannot be recovered after resetting, so make sure you're ready to start fresh.
I forgot my password — how do I log in?
