1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Calm Planners ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is operated by Calm Spaces Australia (ABN 37 428 787 515), located in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
2. The Service
Calm Planners is an AI-powered document creation tool that helps you organise scattered information into structured documents and planners.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
- You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account
- One person may not have multiple free trial accounts
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
4. Free Trial & Subscriptions
Free Trial
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with 10 PDF exports
- No credit card required to start
- Trial converts to paid subscription if you choose to continue
Paid Subscription
- Monthly: $14.99 AUD per month
- Annual: $149.99 AUD per year (save $30)
- Teachers: 10% discount with valid .edu email
- Prices include GST for Australian customers
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We don't offer partial refunds for unused time
5. Refunds
We want you to be happy with Calm Planners. Our refund policy:
- Within 7 days: Full refund, no questions asked
- 7-30 days: Refund considered on a case-by-case basis
- After 30 days: No refunds, but you can cancel future billing

6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using Calm Planners. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to:
- Process your content to provide the Service
- Store your saved planners and documents
- Display your content back to you
We do NOT use your content to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing you with the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Calm Planners to:
- Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Create content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Calm Planners, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Calm Spaces Australia. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
Documents you create using the Service are yours to use as you wish.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That the Service will meet all your needs
- The accuracy of AI-generated content
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
